Post to Social Media sites for self-nominations for the following seats

Treasurer
Communications Director
Maintenance Director

uDisc Director
For the above role descriptions please refer to the Club By-Laws beginning on page 3.
To self-nominate please prepare a simple email to the club at [email protected], include the position you would like to run for and a 3-4 paragraphs bio on you and why your a good fit for the role.
Post to go out March 1, about march 15th to collect nominees names for 2 weeks. Giving the current board 2 additional weeks to prepare for YE voting and YE bag tag event.
NEED QR CODE FOR SURVEY/POLL –
Do we want to vote by email or have ballots available at the YE Bag Tag event? If we run the event on the first Saturday it would be May the fourth be with you…
If we do paper ballot voting at the event, we could have the results to present at the end of the event and prepare to take new board photos at that time?
Bag Tag event
Despite running last years event, tag and shirt at a small loss, I am requesting $300 in funds to pay the top 3 finishers of this years event 1st $100, 2nd $80 and 3rd $60, 4th $40, 5th $20. APPROVED
We need to order approximately 150 tags and shirts, please discuss ideas for designs. Tags and shirts for right price. Do research.
Date for event? May 4th
Sign up for event? UDisc discgolfscene cash? 1-90 are invited, depending on response higher tag .
Reasoning that only 90 can play on course.
Disc golf scene to sign up for membership.
Voting at event or via email?
Who runs and puts on event, do we rent the park or run it like any other handicap event? Unsanctioned, – Rent the park
Vendor for the event? No vendors.
Do we want to provide food or pizza or something and make this a bit of a celebration (club funds used)?
