Bag tag distribution for membership sign ups

Now through April 26th 2025 Bag tag tournament open in disc golf scene so that members may receive their tags and membership dues are paid for 2024-2025.

Bag tags will be available through Tyson; once a month handicap events to distribute tags

2024 Club shirts

Still working on design for the shirts; use the bag tag logo? *Priority* Tyson and Hippie working on it.

Monster de Mayo 05/11/2024. OB’s addressed. (Can we save a ‘OB layout’ sheet to have for future tournaments) – Hippie to work on. Baskets to be moved.

Possible summer tournament “Cali dot” June/July?- Caleb

Alternate Saturday/Sunday doubles and handicaps. Tyson/Austen to further discuss on monthly basis.

Workday priorities

Junior pads at Loyce (05/18/24 Work day). Focus on junior pads; 1-3 completed. Rent a truck from Home Depot to carry the load of the concrete. 9-9 1/2 bags needed per pad. Goal of 6 pads.

Hole 7 Holloway, retaining wall?

Place gravel with Peace River’s baskets.

Peace River new tee signs in the work. Benches to be placed on short pads at Peace River once junior pads are in at Loyce.

Quarterly open meeting

05/20/2024 – replace PCP doubles with a putting contest- Caleb/Tyson to work on payout process. Provide food (Austen/Emilee) and have meeting following. Club to provide pay out. Tyson to work on agenda.

  • Who is volunteering to solicit for email address of current members, then building a survey monkey or similar and running the election process via email?  Update from Austen…
    • all of this being started this week and asking for nominations as soon as next week via survey monkey or similar.
