Board meeting 4/7/2025
Election email- open spots- Udisc coordinator, secretary- Elections will occur AT the 4/26/25 event.
Y/E Event message on FB/Discord- Tyson/Chris
Y/E event planning- For junior pads. Putter free if you have a membership, can be sold as extra. Pat cooking hot dogs and burgers with a tent.
Running from 9 am- 3 pm. Par 2 event not an Ace race. Current member to renew $15, $20 for non-member, but can receive a new tag. Tyson to hash out plan.
New bag tags- Leather tags already ordered. For new club members- sanctioned leauge? 8 week? Non members to pay $5 to get in on sanctioned rounds.
2 different layouts maximum (shorts vs longs), different courses. Summer events to start sooner to combat the weather?
Make a post regarding where the funds that memberships pay have gone to (work day equipment, benches, etc)
Could we give back to people who show up to work days? Via free club membership? Or if showing up to a certian amount in a calander year then giving a payout?
May calander- PCCO 2-3-4th. One Monday a month play Monday night dubs out at Loyce (earlier weekend). Alternating Peace River/Holloway Doubles Sunday. Saturday Bag tags at Loyce. No May work days.
Finances- They are good.
PCCO- Caleb to make mando sign?

Loyce-went well. OB line on 13 still needs to be replaced. Step off on 5 has been replaced.
Holloway- Werk. Josh has a ride along with Cosmo coming up- to text/email. Saturday 4/12 workday. Hole 4, 6, and 10 if it can happen. 9 out of the opening needs to be cleaned.
Tee pad on 16 and 17 long, short 11, hole 3 to fix?- Josh to have supplies to fix. Tyson to pick up from Josh Saturday by 7:30 am. Revisit if concrete is an option?
Peace River- Tree half down on one over the short pin. Palm on 9 to remove. Caleb/Ryan to get rid of it, replace chain for Caleb. Trim ditch on 17.

How much OB at Holloway is too much OB? Is there enough to make it Pro caliber. Sounds like hole 16 ‘s tree should be taken down. Maybe make an island? Who knows.
