Board Meeting 3/31
Agenda:
* Board of Directors election update, Tyson
Ryan-VP nominee. Course ‘pros’ for each course to help the matinance director out. Christian to run for president, Tyson to run for finance.
* Putting league final recap, Chris -Noice, good setup. Less of a rush job next year would be better. PCP? Leroy’s? Run a poll for what the people would actually want to go to
* April Calendar-
Saturdays- loyce/holloway bag tags/doubles and Sunday’s peace rivers doubles.
Work days-
-Holloway hole 9 bush off tee. Hole 4 right side, needs to speak about pads (16, 13) Josh needs to speak with Cosmo about what can be done by us/city. Work day- 4/12
-Peace river- hole 9 dead palm, hole 1 hangers, hole 12 tree, hole 17-ditch to cut down. Work day- 4/5
-Loyce- new rope line on 13s OB. Clean up pads and walking paths.
* New uDisc handicap scoring update, Tyson
Takes the last 5 rounds played and created a handicap. Still tags with raw score. ‘Scratch pots’ for + and – handicaps raw scoring. Rated league? Possibly put that into the club membership for rated rounds.
* Work-Day planning, Dan/Josh for PCCO
* Year End event / Eady Ace Race
Combine them 4/26. From 9-3 at loyce. One round for free. To improve bag tag score you can play multiple times for a fee. Have to show up to get a disc for the memorial. Beginner pads with paper cards? Or use smart layout. Round up extra prizes for extra aces. Top 5 finishers in the extra cash. Tyson/chris to make a post

Work with an outside company (Swan?) about new bag tags, top 10? Possibly getting a dollar off at the establishment to sponsor the club tags?
* PCCO updates, Josh if available- working on getting sponsorships.
* Finance and banking update, Christian/Tyson- open bank of central Florida account.F**KKKKKKKKKK TRUUUUUUEST. But finances are fine.
